SpiritualQuest Review

The salt lamp company that is referred to as Spiritualquest is our first company to review. We have found that this company had a great reputation for quality product ad prompt shipping but we wanted to find out if the overall experience was worth the trip. So we decided to check out the website and to see how the customer service was as well.

Salt lamps are beautiful and amazing, casting off great auras of color and character. We found that the quality we received from SpiritualQuest to be great really high quality. The overall character and clarity of these stones is amazing the product was beautiful. The units we had sent to us for review were all of the darker variety with crisp clean appearances. The stones were placed on dark hard wood bases and came individually packaged with bulb and cord wrapped in a bubble wrap obviously to protect against damage. The products even had those little moisture absorbers that we found to help keep the product dry during the importing process. The moisture absorber is an expected item for vitamins and other products but it is a first for us in reviewing salt lamps.

We choose to place two review orders with SpiritualQuest and we found the website to operate fine, we did find a hang up during checkout but one phone call to the company got that anomaly fixed. The other we ordered from the toll free customer service phone number. Which, by the way, that call was placed at 10pm EST and we got a knowledgeable customer service person that took our order promptly.

In addition as Salt Lamps are relatively new to the American Market we also really appreciated the information available on the site. We urge all to review the Salt Lamp Articles posted on the site as they are informative and interesting.
